Four bloggers I am tagging (so they will all have a good reason to post):
I was curious as to your commonly visited sites; and in doing so I noticed that the domain for ‘The Morning News’ is now for sale. So, probably not a site to frequent, eh? :-)
Ah, a very lazy day indeed. Fixed now.
I really thought I changed that to ”.org” :D
Transformers: The Movie, rock on. I used to love that movie, especially the wonderful “oh shit” that somehow made it into the flick, which still baffles me considering the audience.
Not a fan of the Simpsons anymore? Some of them are still pretty funny.
Funny you mention Transformers. I own that DVD and there’s actually two scenes in the movie where expletives are used. In fact its one of the bonus features on the packaging, “Deleted swear word scene restored!”
Exactly…
“Open, dammit, open!” and “Oh shit, Bubblebee! What are we gonna do now?”
Oh man, Transformers was so good. I loved how they redid the theme song with an 80’s hair band, and how the first hour of the movie was nothing but robots kicking the royal snot out of each other.
Damn, I saw that movie in the theater twenty years ago, and it completely blew me away. Autobots died, man, they seriously died in that movie. They even killed off Optimus! Do you know how traumatic that was for a 6-year-old?
At this time I will also admit to owning the soundtrack. And listening to it often enough.
Speaking of the soundtrack, I tried to get my wife to watch the movie with me a couple years ago. After the first 15 minutes she said, “so this is pretty much an 80’s cartoon music video…”
IDAHO????
I havn’t been a regular reader here, but it’s strange to hear of people from Schwenksville. My family lives there now (and I do when I’m not at school).
Do you get a lot of people making fun of the “Shwenk” in Shwenksville? I do.
To quote bandelin up there: IDAHO????
Oh man… you’re not reading enough Maddox.
oh… Transformers rule. They are, in fact, more than meets the eye.
bandelin: Yeah, I was visiting some friends, it wasn’t “hey! I’ve got a crazy idea! Idaho vacation!”
Paul: Yup, many people look at me funny when I say the name “Schwenksville” (especially if they aren’t from this end of PA and used to weird town names). But, I grew up there and I love that crazy little town.
1. Transformers rocks. I need to find that dvd.
2. I live in Idaho and didn’t even know people vacationed here.
hi Jason, as one of the ‘distant’ loyal readers I would like to congratulate you ( plus zeldman ) invoking a new trend among world wide designers: ‘the 4 THINGS I LOVE section ’.
I believe I will have launched my own one ‘in the same format as yours’ by the end of business day. Aye, with an appropriate “insPIRATED” tag of course with a link to these lovely, sorry, daily sites :)

What’s wrong with Idaho? There are some cool people there… Right?
