I think Harry and his son also need to look into completing that sentence. China Restoring ..what? I’m guessing they were going for China Restoration

It would seem that China was in it’s heyday is 1888. These guys were a bit ahead of their time. Harry III probably runs an Internet porn business now and all that China restoring is going to waste.
