Nah, I was just looking for something a bit better than my SD200. It’s basically the camera I will tote around when I don’t want to bring my D70 and all it’s accessory friends. It’s a little bigger than the SD200, but still a good size for a pocket camera.
Yeah that is the one big problem with a DSLR - you really do need a Sherpa to carry all the peripheral stuff around. Each time I get some new glass I have to have a long chat with my back first.

I think I end up taking that same shot every time I get a camera… during that time when you start playing with it a bit before opening the manual.
The camera in question is the new Canon PowerShot SD700. So far, I love it.
