I don’t know how someone could survive this modern age without their various scientific apparatuses.
Shouldn’t it be scientific apparati ? Or is the entire company some sort of uber apparatus?
I thought the same thing after I took this photo, which caused me to look up “apparatus”. Apparently, “apparatus” can be both singular and plural, in addition to the common plural “apparatuses”.
