I made the Ziti… its a family recipe so NO, you cant have it… just kidding… here it is.

Ziti (as much or as little as you want)
Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese
Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Tomato Sauce (or tomato gravy if you are italian)
a little salt

put the ziti in a huge bowl, mix in a few scoops of the 2 kinds of Riccotta cheese, mix in some of the Mozzerela cheese (both kinds) and the tomato sauce. get it nice and creamy in the bowl by mixing it up really good… you can add a little salt at this point.

Dump the whole thing in baking pan or pyrex dish and cover it with more of the 2 kinds of Mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Now is the difficult part… eat it!

I dont do any measurements when I make this dish, it always comes out great as long as you add enough sauce and cheese… remember, you want it to be EXTRA creamy before you put it in the oven or it will come out too dry.

I hope that helps!

stan, sorry for using your site to pass on recipes.

patent pending!

Now you have to get Stan/Jason’s recipe for Cheesecake… now THAT is a great meal!
