Suitcase Fusion

Extensis releases Suitcase Fusion, though it may be too little too late since Linotype has spoiled Mac users with FontExplorer X. Suitcase Fusion looks like it brings a marginal set of improvements to an already buggy and unreliable platform. I’ll stick with the better (and free) FontExplorer X.

Adobe Lightroom Beta

Lightroom, Adobe’s new digital photo-manager prerelease. Even in beta this holds more promise than Apple’s outdated and bloated iPhoto. The Lightroom beta is free (expires at the end of June) and currently Mac only (PC version is on the way).
