Ashley’s Tall Bike

Ashley brought his tall bike out yesterday! It’s really fun to ride, as you can see by me grinning like a fool while atop it. Rob eventually rode it just fine, but him falling was much more enjoyable.

Ashley is actually a guy (don’t worry, you didn’t know:D), And he already plans to ride the tall bike in the MS ride if he makes $5k in donations.

Jason (and all): As a somewhat funny marginal note, the first part of A.’s last name (Steiger-walt) bears a suspicious similarity to the German ‘steigen’ — to climb. Looking at that bike, should we conclude that this universe has shown its strange sense of humour once again, and probably only for its own pleasure? D.Adams would have loved this ‘coincidence’, I think.

It must give its owner the feel like driving a coach or lorry in the neighbourhood .. something heavier, something that makes you cruise higher on the road.

I like how Rob leads with the beard as he falls. Quite the safety device.
