A Plea for the Fat-Fingered

My grandfather used to call them “working man hands,” friends seem to prefer “sausage fingers,” while Liz affectionately goes the heritage-sensitive route with “mozzarella sticks.” Whatever you call them, I have big hands, and consequently, big fingers.
