I’m going out on a limb and guessing their job is to shoot fire.
I’m actually not sure what they are. Likely some sort of electrical hose thingy. Or something that shoots fire. They were on the train platform at 30th Street Station in Philly.
That thing’s gross. And you touched it with your camera.
